Milestone : delivery of LNG in Rotterdam City Centre

On rainy Wednesday December 23th 2020 brand new cruise vessel Mardi Grass of Carnival Cruise Line was the first cruise vessel ever to bunker LNG on the Cruise Terminal in the City Centre of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
The flawless bunkering operation was performed by LNG bunkerbarge LNG London.

To help meet the challenges of the 21st century and environmental targets , LNG offers a 21% reduction in CO2, a 90% reduction in NOx and a 100% reduction in SO2 and fine particle emmisions compared to traditional fuel oils.
