Esteemed guests on board LNG London

The crew of mv LNG London and Victrol management proudly welcomed Shell CEO Wael Sawan and the senior leadership teams of STASCo/Shell LNG on board their state-of-the-art inland LNG bunkering vessel.
Moored at the Gate LNG terminal in Rotterdam, Victrol’s SHEQ manager Joachim de Ruiter and Board Member Peter Maes explained the innovative solutions onboard of the LNG London that have led to a high level of safety and high operational efficiency during loading and bunkering of vessels.
During the visit further ideas for future innovations in the bunkering of renewable fuels were exchanged, confirming the close collaboration
between Shell and Victrol in developing a green and sustainable maritime sector.
Many of the discussed solutions are currently being implemented on the new build mv Energy Stockholm which is planned to be operational in the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam in the second quarter of 2024.
